After 30 years in industrial hygiene and laboratory management, our founder Donna McNeal built the service she wished had existed: real lab analysis, plain-English reports, real scientists you can actually talk to, and pricing that lets you pay only for what you need. It's the test we'd send our own families. We built it for the homeowner who wants the truth about their air — and a clear path to do something about it.
Donna's 30 years of experience in industrial hygiene, environmental health and safety, and laboratory management equip her to give uncomplicated advice on a vast array of environmental issues. She's known as an expert problem-solver in the industry, focused on building a team that can quickly and professionally identify client goals and resolve compliance issues — so homeowners get clear answers, not jargon. With a master's in integrative and functional nutrition, Donna also brings a whole-person, wellness-minded perspective on mold exposure that most testing companies simply can't offer.
Ryan is an experienced laboratory scientist with a background in biological sciences. His combined experience in the lab and in the field equips him to provide quality care across a wide range of mold issues. He's currently pursuing a PhD in the natural sciences and is the lead analyst on most NMT samples — so your report reflects what's actually in your home, read under a microscope by a real scientist.
